The entire c4slive team is truly the greatest band of global friends I could Imagine working with. My days can be tough ones with a global financial melt down. Winning story's are great. Over the weekend I had a few dozen invites to go out and party and its been the case for close to 2 years now but I am %100 dedicated to seeing any one who asks learn the wonder of Neil Orkins clips4sale during these global tough times. $100 a day or bust is my trade mark. I told Neil I would build traffic hitter soft ware and he let me run with it. It started with three simple pages of code and grew into thousands of lines and 230 + pages of documentation . Rob Chase told me his company was looking at cut backs last month and he actually stepped down from his engineering job and put %100 faith in me. I can't say it was something I was sure of myself on. Our engineering dept cut me some slack on using 3rd party tools , Formerly Andy and Neil Wanted every thing in hard code. I built traffic hitter tools with free open source code and tools along side rob at newbound. I could not use skelyrata wondersquirt Jim hunter Sara Akeera or any of the Friday night live team to test this with because I felt it would be cheating.
I picked Rob because his story was typical American story. He wants no bail outs no hand outs. He showed up early for 30 days straight and we went " Mapping" with stat counter and craigs list. I gave him a new tool each day . Rob did not ask loads of questions as he saw that traffic hitter tools could become a customer service nightmare for Neil Don Tom Chris and myself. The Month is over and the stats are in...The sales increase October from September are nothing short of spectacular. September finished with under $3k in sales while October finished with over $4k in sales. Our had work has paid off...Working from 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. 7-days a week has paid off! Traveling all over the State shooting models, recruiting new models on Craigs List, completing custom orders from clients and building a new office to launch NB Productions, LLC.

This was a tough day I will have to answer to the boss for , I spent the day loading top 100 stores into adult links exchange and the system booted us after a full 12 hours with a bot and crawler error . The Other outside link was pretty cool and managed to work for us .

For our trials I went right to craigs list and had great responses from really cool people that wanted to make genre style films . Those craigs list ads have made our little town of Vancouver a hot bed for some top 50 stores . Once again proof is in the pudding " If you don't ask for help you won't get it "

This is part two of production assistance for Rookie C4S producers...

How to Find Talent:

Now you have settled on fetish you enjoy but there is one large problem, "where do I find talent to shoot?" There are many resources to locate talent around the Country, such as:

This is where teaming up with other producers is critical. Most producers form a working relationship with models and want each model to succeed. Fifty percent of the models I shoot are referred from other producers in the industry while the other fifty percent are found via the talent services. Using referred models usually ensures you are picking up quality talent not a greenie off the street.

Another resource is Fetish Con in Tampa held August of every year. Basically you find about 100 models hungry for work and willing to shoot fetish content. You can request such things as...can I put you in a diaper and strait jacket while you act crazy for me? (That was my question last August.)

Fetish Con is also great for building tons of content and meeting/recruiting models. Two months later I still have content to post. Also, I found was Nikki Brooks, the greatest sneezer I have ever shot. She is beautiful and can sneeze every twenty seconds!

The greatest tool I have finding talent is my wife Cory Chase. Having a beautiful, understanding wife/gf is key to this. There are many HJ sites out there but every model must be paid to perform a HJ. I have Cory at a deeply discounted rate performing the HJ's. The cost savings are invaluable. As mentioned in the previous essay, Cory and I meet up with other producers/models often to trade for time. The other model will perform a HJ on this producer and Cory will perform a HJ on the other producer. Then Cory will offer an hour of work to the other producer. That way I have a tape full of content and have not exchanged any $$$ for content. This is win/win.

This is part one of production assistance for Rookie C4S producers...

The Power of Networking:

Cory Chase and I entered the Adult Production world in 2003. My passion was photography and my girl friend Cory had the body for modeling. We had no idea where to take this budding career. So we Google'd "modeling" and found OMP (One Model Place). Several crappy photos were posted but the local photogs began to reply to Cory. The Photographers offered TFP shoots...What the heck is a TFP? We later found out that was Time For Prints and we did not know any better. Several photo shoots later and many CD's full of photos, Cory's OMP Port was looking good.

While at the shoots, I asked questions about camera equipment, photo editing software, lighting, scenes...Most photogs were very helpful and would share the knowledge of photography to this young guy. More on this later.

Along the way I met the JPK from
www.hypnopimp.com. He took me under his wing and introduced me to several websites where I could post the photos of Cory. The first couple of months the photos were below par...I was using a 2.0 MegPix point and click camera. As the cash came in, I upgraded to better equipment...As more cash came in I upgrading to high end lighting and a HD Camcorder.
Later JPK suggested I post Cory's videos on www.clips4sale.com. I messed around for a couple of months trying to find a niche and fetish. Here is where the networking comes into play.

To hire models to shoot most fetish work is expensive. From the network of model friends built from years of shooting we could trade time for content. This meaning I would shoot my content with the other model then the other Model would either shoot myself or Cory. This is a win-win situation. I walk away with a camera full of pictures and two tapes full of content....and I did not pay the model $100/hr.

These relationships usually lead to new relationships...For example we shot the last two days with a model friend of ours...At the end of the day we needed another male talent for a scene. Our friend picked up the phone and called a friend. The friend brought a new model with him. I shot an amazing video with the model and we worked out a trade deal. Oh the power of networking!!!

I am sure there are points not yet covered but this is just part one of the "Producer Lesion" series.
